Invitation to AIBA Supervisor & ITO Certification Course

Published Mon 21 Aug 2017

AIBA Competitions are increasing every year. Therefore, there is the need to have more International Technical Officials (ITOs) and Supervisors qualified and available to officiate during all AIBA Competitions (AOB, APB, WSB).

This program intends to update their knowledge and give guidance to make decisions according to their role.

This is not only a pathway provided by AIBA for the growth of its current ITOs and Supervisors, but also for others within AIBA’s boxing family that want to advance and become more involved in AIBA competition.

The Programme is managed by the AIBA HQ (hereinafter referred to as AIBA) in Lausanne, Switzerland. All questions and comments can be forwarded to sport@aiba.org.

Please note: The participant must be registered in the AIBA database (https://www.aiba-database.org/nf) by his/her National Federation and must have a complete profile.

A complete profile should contain personal information including, but not limited to: the participant’s date of birth, phone number, email, home address, and a valid copy of the participant’s passport.

This process can take some time to be registered by AIBA so it is critical that participants contact the CEO of Boxing Australia leaving ample time for the registration to be completed. 5 working days is required. Paul.grogan@boxing.org.au
