Thailand Invitation International Tournament 2017 (Kings Cup)
The experience involved a one week preparation camp March 27 - April 2 leading into the Kings cup April 4 - April 8.
The tournament included 20 national teams from across the globe but predominantly Asia: Thailand A, Thailand B, Thailand C, Australia, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India, Philippines, Japan, Mongolia, Nepal, Qatar, Myanamar, Korea, People's Republic Korea, Vietnam, Taipei, Turkmenistan, and Laos.
All Australian representatives did themselves proud with competitive performances.
Athletes: Jack Bowen, Furkan Demirkaya, Matt Cleave, Zac Lovekin falling short in the tournament but going the distance to eventual Bronze medalist, and Joeseph Taylor going the distance but losing to the eventual Cuban silver medalist.
