AGM Notice

In accordance with clause 10.3(b) of the BAL Constitution Boxing Australia wishes to announce the 2018 AGM. 

• The 2018 BAL Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am, Wednesday 5 December 2018 at the Souths Sports Club, Brandon Park, Mortimer Road, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110.
• Boxing Australia requests from Member Associations and Directors, notices of any motion which such MAs and Directors might desire to move at the 2018 AGM. In order for any motion to be moved at the 2018 AGM, it must be received no later than Wednesday 31 October.
• Request from Member Associations and Directors any other item of business sought to be included on the Agenda for the 2018 AGM. In order for any item of business to be added to the Agenda for the 2018 AGM, it must be received it no later than Wednesday 31 October.
• BAL advises that consistent with the requirements of clause 10.10 of the BAL Constitution, Member Associations must provide Josh O'Brien with a Notice of Appointment of its Delegate to attend the 2018 AGM. This Notice must be provided no later than Wednesday 31 October.

In accordance with 13.6 of the BAL Constitution, Boxing Australia also gives notice in relation to a request for nominations for election of Directors. Please find attached Call for Director Nomination Form and AIBA Declaration of Eligibility Form.

Please note that any person may nominate any other person to stand for election as a Director at the next Annual General Meeting. A nomination for election of a Director must be received by Wednesday 31 October 2018. Nominations on the attached forms are to be forwarded to josh.obrien@boxing.org.au
