Boxing ACT's Referee/Judge Director, Carl Ruhen, has dedicated countless hours to training and developing referees & judges, and officiating tournaments both here and abroad for the last 18 years. His outstanding ability was recognised this year when he was selected to officiate at the Tokyo Olympics, including the Gold Medal bouts.
On 2 December Carl was announced as one of three joint recipients of this year's ACT Government 'Outstanding Service to Sport' award. A well-deserved honour!
