Regional Development Camp Victoria

Boxing Australia recently hosted a Regional Development Camp in Victoria, Barwon South West (Country) and Western Metro (City) Geelong.

The camp was held in Geelong and included 28 athletes from the Barwon South West and Western Metro areas. Four country Victoria clubs from Hamilton, Warnambool, two from Geelong, and three western metro clubs participated in the two day camp.

The camp saw the delivery of the National content over two days with a good mix of athletes, the majority attending a camp for the first time.

This is Victoria’s second Country Victoria camp and third for the year. The fourth camp will be based later in the year in the metropolitan region making two held in the city region and two in country.
